Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with routine maintenance and repairs across various properties.
- Perform basic handyman tasks such as minor painting, patching, and fixture replacements.
- Support property inspections, identifying maintenance needs and reporting issues.
- Help with groundskeeping tasks, including light landscaping and tidying communal areas.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests under supervision, ensuring timely resolution.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Transport materials and equipment to various job sites as required.
