Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and meticulous End of Tenancy Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Torquay. This role is perfect for individuals who take immense pride in their work, possess an eye for detail, and are committed to delivering spotless results every time. As an End of Tenancy Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are immaculately clean and ready for new occupants, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough end-of-tenancy cleaning services in residential properties.
- Clean all rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, to an exceptionally high standard.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Deep cleaning of ovens, fridges, microwaves, and other kitchen appliances.
- Sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Removing rubbish and ensuring proper disposal.
- Reporting any damages or issues found within the properties.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Managing time effectively to complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably end-of-tenancy cleaning.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and their safe use.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically in end-of-tenancy cleaning.
- COSHH training or certification.
- Positive references from previous employers.
