Job Description
Are you a motivated 16-year-old looking for a rewarding night shift opportunity with great pay? Walmart in Ogden, UT is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Night Replenishment team as a Shelf Stocker. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management.
- Unload incoming trucks and help organize merchandise in the backroom.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the night shift.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers safely and according to company guidelines (with proper training and age restrictions).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete nightly replenishment tasks.
- Assist customers during night hours if needed, providing friendly and helpful service.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills to understand inventory and stocking procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for night shift operations.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Comfortable working overnight hours, typically between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, stocking, or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately.
