Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople and construction workers with daily tasks.
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal and material handling.
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as directed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations diligently.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Learn and apply fundamental construction techniques and practices.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned to support project progress.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
