Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our Five Guys location in the vibrant Titanic Quarter of Belfast. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a clean, modern, and fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be instrumental in preparing our renowned menu items, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness, and contributing to a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and toppings according to Five Guys' strict recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area at all times, including regular cleaning of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are consistently met.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, occasionally interacting with customers to take orders or deliver food.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team atmosphere.
