Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Booking Agent to join our luxurious spa team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own laptop. As an Online Booking Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests wishing to book spa treatments and services, ensuring a seamless and delightful booking experience. You will manage our online booking system, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service, all while contributing to the overall success of our renowned spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and process all online spa booking requests using our designated booking system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email and online chat platforms.
- Provide comprehensive information about spa treatments, packages, and facilities.
- Assist guests with modifying or canceling existing bookings, adhering to spa policies.
- Ensure accuracy of all booking details, including guest information, treatment times, and special requests.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site spa reception and therapy teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional spa services and products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all spa offerings.
- Provide feedback on common guest queries or booking challenges to improve processes.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using online booking systems or a strong aptitude for learning new software quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
