Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic team, specifically supporting our clients’ campaigns on the Netflix Ad-tier platform. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start a career in digital advertising operations, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge ad technology, and contribute to the success of major brand campaigns. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely setup, trafficking, and monitoring of digital ad campaigns, ensuring compliance with Netflix’s specifications and client objectives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the setup and trafficking of digital ad campaigns within various ad servers and Netflix's ad platform.
- Ensure all creative assets and trafficking sheets adhere to platform specifications and client requirements.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with internal media planning, buying, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign launches.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of campaign setups, changes, and performance reports.
- Provide regular updates on campaign status and escalate potential issues to senior team members.
- Assist in quality assurance of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay informed on new ad product offerings and best practices for the Netflix Ad-tier and other relevant platforms.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and terminology.
- Experience with project management tools.
