Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Manhattan. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
- Process expense reports and manage office supply inventories.
- Assist with special projects and events as required.
- Actively participate in the corporate mentorship program, attending scheduled sessions and engaging with your mentor.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
