Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level AI Ethics & Safety Evaluator to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the responsible development and deployment of Google’s AI technologies. You will review and analyze AI outputs, identify potential ethical concerns, biases, and safety risks, and provide constructive feedback to improve AI models. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about the intersection of AI and ethics to contribute to meaningful work with no prior experience required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model outputs, identifying and documenting instances of bias, inaccuracy, inappropriate content, or other ethical and safety concerns.
- Apply ethical guidelines and safety protocols to assess AI behavior across various domains and scenarios.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to AI developers and researchers to enhance model performance and adherence to ethical principles.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of evaluators, engineers, and ethicists to refine evaluation methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on AI ethics research, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain meticulous records of evaluations and contribute to data analysis for trend identification and reporting.
