Job Description
We are seeking professional, customer-focused Airport Limo Chauffeurs to join our premier transportation team in Kahului, Maui. This is an immediate hire opportunity with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. As an Airport Limo Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and luxurious transportation for our discerning clients to and from Kahului Airport (OGG) and various destinations across Maui. You will be the face of Roberts Hawaii, ensuring a comfortable, discreet, and memorable experience for every passenger. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans and SUVs, for airport transfers and executive transportation services.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and fully fueled vehicle at all times.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous door-to-door service.
- Greet clients professionally and ensure a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Maintain strict punctuality for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Possess excellent knowledge of Maui roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations.
- Handle client inquiries and provide local recommendations as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and travel plans.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and record logs accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or issues.
Required Skills
- Valid Hawaii Driver's License (Class A, B, or C with passenger endorsement, as required)
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong geographical knowledge of Maui, including Kahului, Lahaina, Kihei, and Wailea
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur, taxi driver, or commercial driver
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Mandarin)
