Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apple Support Coordinator to join our 100% remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Apple users, providing top-tier technical support and customer service for a range of Apple products and services. You’ll work from the comfort of your home, helping customers resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Apple users via phone, chat, and email.
