Job Description
Are you a student looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to earn money while making a real impact? UserTesting.com is seeking enthusiastic Website Usability Testers to provide valuable feedback on websites, applications, and digital prototypes. This is a 100% remote position, perfect for those who want to work from home on a schedule that fits their studies. No prior experience is required; we’re looking for individuals who can think aloud, articulate their thoughts clearly, and have a good internet connection. You’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients improve their user experiences by identifying areas of confusion, frustration, or delight. Get paid weekly for your contributions!
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate assigned websites, applications, or prototypes while performing specific tasks.
- Articulate thoughts, feelings, and frustrations aloud as you interact with the digital product.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback on the user experience.
- Complete tasks accurately and submit recordings on time.
- Ensure a quiet testing environment with a stable internet connection and working microphone.
- Maintain confidentiality of all tested products and client information.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and observations.
- Reliable internet connection and a working microphone.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating websites/apps.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for usability issues.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Access to a computer (desktop or laptop) or mobile device (smartphone/tablet) as required for tests.
