Job Description
As a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and processing banking transactions accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, especially within our diverse Hialeah community. Your bilingual skills in Spanish and English will be highly valued, enabling you to connect with a broader range of customers and provide comprehensive support. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, processing loan payments, and assist customers with inquiries about their accounts and our services. A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent communication is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate Wells Fargo products and services, making referrals to personal bankers as needed.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide information on bank products and services, utilizing bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to serve a diverse clientele.
- Safeguard customer information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash and balance a cash drawer.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous cash-handling or customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.
