Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate Wells Fargo products and services, such as new accounts, loans, or online banking.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and issues professionally.
- Assist customers with self-service banking options and digital tools.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer experience.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology and basic computer operations
- Demonstrated reliability and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cash-handling or customer service experience
- Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish)
- Experience with banking software or financial systems
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and make referrals
