Job Description
Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time role that fits around your studies? Starbucks in Manhattan is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Student Baristas to join our vibrant team. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to help you master the art of coffee making and customer service. This role involves early morning shifts, perfect for getting your work done before classes begin, and offers an opportunity to learn valuable skills in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and seating area.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with stocking and inventory management as needed.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all customers and team members.
- Be punctual for early morning shifts.
