Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing it daily according to established procedures.
  • Greet customers warmly, build rapport, and provide a welcoming and professional banking experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services, making referrals to personal bankers when necessary.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Educate customers on self-service options, such as ATMs, online banking, and mobile banking.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and a positive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

  • Basic math proficiency and comfort with handling cash.
