Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all banking procedures and security policies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and Bank of America policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
