Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all banking procedures and security policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and Bank of America policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Preferred Qualifications
