Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and respectful demeanor, helping them locate books and products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize and shelve books according to established guidelines, maintaining a tidy and aesthetically pleasing store.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and orderly store environment, ensuring a quiet and comfortable experience for all patrons.
- Provide recommendations and information about books, events, and company services.
- Support the team in creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for all book lovers.
Required Skills
