Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Boutique Office Admin to join our small, friendly team in King’s Lynn. This vital role supports the smooth daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and a positive environment for both staff and clients. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage office supplies, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our firm. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing enquiries appropriately.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain tidy and organised common areas, including reception, meeting rooms, and kitchenettes.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Support legal professionals with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Process expense reports and petty cash reconciliation.
- Assist in organising internal office events and client hospitality.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a legal or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with office management software.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
