Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Buffet Quality Auditor to join our culinary team with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, routine checks of all buffet stations for food quality, freshness, and proper temperature.
- Monitor food presentation and replenishment to ensure an appealing and consistent visual standard.
- Verify adherence to all food safety and hygiene protocols, including cleanliness of serving utensils and areas.
- Document findings and report any discrepancies or areas for improvement to kitchen management promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to implement corrective actions and maintain high standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to maintain and elevate the guest dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with all local and federal health regulations.
