Job Description
As a Casino Limo Driver, you will be the face of Monarch Casino Black Hawk, providing safe, punctual, and professional luxury transportation services for our VIP guests. This role is crucial for creating an unforgettable first and last impression. You will be responsible for transporting guests to and from our casino in Black Hawk, as well as other designated locations, primarily during night and weekend hours. We seek an individual with impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a discreet, professional demeanor. Your ability to anticipate guest needs and ensure a comfortable journey will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests in luxury vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with luggage and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and immaculate presentation of assigned vehicles before, during, and after shifts.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Adhere to a strict night and weekend roster, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Ensure a comfortable and discreet environment for all passengers.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger logs.
- Represent Monarch Casino Black Hawk with the utmost professionalism and discretion at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year professional driving experience, preferably in a hospitality or luxury transport setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the Arvada, Denver Metro Area, and routes to Black Hawk/Central City.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to adhere to a demanding night and weekend schedule.
- Discreet and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., sedans, SUVs, limousines).
- Prior experience in a casino or high-end resort environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
