Job Description
Are you passionate about holistic health and eager to start a rewarding career in therapeutic bodywork? Bannatyne Health Club & Spa is seeking a motivated Reflexology Trainee to join our vibrant team in Rotherham. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience, as comprehensive training in the art and science of reflexology will be provided. You will learn foundational techniques, client consultation skills, and the principles behind this ancient healing modality. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client care. Upon successful completion of your training, you will be a certified Reflexologist ready to make a positive impact on our clients’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively in all provided reflexology training modules and practical sessions.
- Learn and accurately apply various reflexology techniques under supervision.
- Develop strong client consultation skills to understand individual needs and health concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the spa.
- Assist senior therapists as needed and observe treatments to gain practical insights.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients.
- Continuously seek to improve knowledge and skills in reflexology and related wellness practices.
