Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Charter Limo Driver with a strong focus on long-distance trips to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting clients safely and comfortably over extended distances, ensuring a superior travel experience. The ideal candidate possesses an impeccable driving record, exceptional customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of navigation and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines for long-distance charters.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, including attire, communication, and demeanor.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep vehicles immaculately clean, inside and out, at all times.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, utilizing GPS and real-time traffic updates to ensure timely arrivals.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Assist clients with luggage handling and provide appropriate amenities.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and expense reports.
- Demonstrate discretion and respect for client privacy.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license (Class D or higher, appropriate for vehicle type).
- Clean driving record with no major violations for the past 5 years.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (chauffeur, delivery, or related field).
- Excellent knowledge of regional geography, major highways, and alternate routes.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for long-distance trips.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a luxury chauffeur or executive driver.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and technology.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Experience with navigation software and fleet management systems.
