Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our thriving Islington clinic. This role is crucial to our daily operations, providing essential administrative and patient support to ensure our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for health and wellness. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them feel welcome and supported throughout their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient calendars, and handle rescheduling.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and assist chiropractors with patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage confidential information.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Educate patients on chiropractic care, wellness programs, and clinic services.
  • Assist with clinic marketing and outreach efforts as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.
  • Order and manage clinic supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
