Job Description
Nuffield Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chiropractor to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal disorders, helping our patients achieve optimal health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging interpretation where necessary.
- Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
- Provide a range of chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies.
- Offer advice on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and ergonomic improvements to support recovery and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinical guidelines and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within Nuffield Health to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to all relevant professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Educate patients and the community on chiropractic care and general wellness.
Required Skills
- Full professional license to practice chiropractic in your current country of residence.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Strong diagnostic and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a private healthcare setting or large clinic group.
- Additional certifications in specific chiropractic techniques or related fields (e.g., sports chiropractic, dry needling).
- Evidence of participation in clinical audits or quality improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with UK healthcare regulations and professional standards (e.g., General Chiropractic Council).
