Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to influence the next generation of applications? Concentrix is looking for enthusiastic App Beta Testers to join our remote team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to test cutting-edge mobile and web applications before they are released to the public, providing valuable feedback that directly shapes their development. This is a part-time, 100% remote position, offering flexible hours and attractive rewards for your contributions. As an App Beta Tester, you will be instrumental in identifying bugs, evaluating user experience, and suggesting improvements to ensure a seamless and intuitive product for end-users. Key Responsibilities

  • Download and install pre-release mobile and web applications on your personal devices.
  • Execute test plans and scenarios provided by the Concentrix team.
  • Thoroughly test app features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, detailed descriptions and screenshots/screen recordings.
  • Provide constructive feedback on user experience, design, and overall app performance.
  • Participate in occasional surveys or brief interviews to share deeper insights.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all pre-release software and information.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear bug reporting.
  • Proficiency with smartphones (iOS/Android) and web browsers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A keen eye for user experience and interface design.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in beta testing or quality assurance (QA).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Experience with various operating systems and devices.
  • A passion for technology and emerging applications.
