Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Concentrix Legal Inquiry Evaluator with a strong focus on legal technology to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, analyzing, and processing a variety of legal inquiries using specialized legal tech platforms and tools. Your work will involve applying established legal guidelines and protocols to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient resolution of cases. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough review and evaluation of legal inquiries and documentation received through various channels.
  • Apply predefined legal frameworks, policies, and guidelines to accurately assess inquiry validity and required actions.
  • Utilize advanced legal technology tools and platforms for case management, research, and data entry.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, data privacy regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Document all findings, decisions, and actions clearly and concisely within the case management system.
  • Collaborate with legal and operational teams to escalate complex issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Identify and report potential system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and inquiry evaluation processes.
  • Proficiency in using legal technology platforms, e-discovery tools, or similar case management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
