Job Description

As a Virtual Sales Associate at Concentrix, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth for our diverse client portfolio. This is a fully remote, high-commission role where your success directly correlates with your earning potential. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales, all from the comfort of your home office. We are looking for self-starters with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through various digital channels.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions from our client's offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and sales techniques.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in virtual or inside sales, or a strong desire to excel in a sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling B2B solutions or services.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish/English) a plus.
