Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Admin Assistant to join our team in Reno, NV. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our corporate environment. The successful candidate will be a meticulous planner, an excellent communicator, and possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive and team calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including reserving facilities, arranging catering, and preparing agendas.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, email, and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Order and maintain office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure a tidy and functional workspace.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees by preparing workspaces and necessary documentation.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as requested by management.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
