Job Description

Join Capgemini as a Data Entry Specialist for our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. This ‘Smart Working’ role offers a hybrid approach, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote work. You will play a crucial part in the development and refinement of AI models by accurately inputting, categorizing, and validating diverse datasets. This position is ideal for individuals with meticulous attention to detail and an interest in the evolving landscape of AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update various forms of data into designated AI training systems.
  • Categorize and tag data according to predefined guidelines and project requirements.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identify and flag anomalies or discrepancies in datasets for review by AI specialists.
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to understand data needs and refine input processes.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to documentation of data entry procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all data handling tasks.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions and guidelines meticulously.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy principles (e.g., GDPR awareness).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
