This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from skilled professionals, and develop into a journeyman electrician. Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with various tasks, including pulling wire, installing conduits, and preparing tools and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and cared for.
- Learn and apply electrical codes, safety procedures, and company policies under the guidance of experienced electricians.
- Perform general labor duties as needed, such as digging trenches, carrying materials, and operating basic power tools.
- Participate actively in all safety briefings and adhere strictly to all safety regulations and practices.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Required Skills
- No prior electrical experience required; willingness to learn is paramount.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools (or a strong aptitude to learn quickly).
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
