Job Description

Join Electronic Arts as a Fleet Aide with a focus on logistics, supporting our dynamic operations in the Cambridge area and beyond. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of working from home with essential on-site presence for fleet management and logistical coordination. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our company vehicles, managing inventory, and coordinating transport for various projects and events. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee fleet inventory, including equipment and supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with the logistics of transporting equipment, personnel, and materials for company projects, events, and offices.
  • Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and report any issues or damage.
  • Process vehicle-related paperwork, expense reports, and mileage logs.
  • Support office administrative tasks as needed, particularly those related to logistics.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for fleet-related needs.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or relevant certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience with fleet management software.
  • Familiarity with the Cambridge/Boston metropolitan area.
  • A passion for the gaming industry.
