Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for an Entry Level AI Model Evaluator position. This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates based in the USA. As an AI Model Evaluator, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the accuracy, relevance, and safety of Google’s AI models. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and providing feedback on AI-generated content across various modalities, ensuring it aligns with quality guidelines and ethical standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. No prior experience in AI is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide critical feedback on AI-generated text, images, and other content based on established guidelines.
- Identify and flag instances of inaccuracies, biases, inconsistencies, or inappropriate content generated by AI models.
- Annotate data and apply ratings to improve model performance and understanding.
- Collaborate with a team to refine evaluation processes and guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of quality and consistency in all evaluations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new guidelines and model capabilities.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to follow complex guidelines and instructions precisely.
