Job Description

Join XPO Logistics as a Remote Support Coordinator within our dynamic logistics sector. This 100% remote role involves providing essential operational and technical support to our internal teams and external clients, ensuring the smooth flow of our complex supply chain operations. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems as needed. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for problem-solving and excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level remote support for operational systems and applications to internal staff and clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to logistics software, tracking systems, and data entry.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or relevant departments with detailed documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with user training and provide guidance on best practices for system utilization.
  • Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or potential service interruptions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve support processes and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using remote support software and ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a remote support or customer service role within the logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Certification in IT support or customer service.
