Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Sprinter Driver with a keen focus on group logistics to join our elite team in Elk Grove, CA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and comfortable transportation services for executive clients and groups using our luxury Sprinter vans. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex logistical requirements for group movements. You will be a vital part of ensuring our clients experience unparalleled service and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans safely and efficiently for executive and group transport.
- Ensure the timely and secure transportation of clients to various destinations, including corporate events, airport transfers, and special engagements.
- Manage group logistics, including passenger manifests, luggage handling, and coordinating with event organizers or client representatives.
- Maintain the pristine condition and cleanliness of the vehicle, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Plan optimal routes considering traffic, weather, and client schedules to ensure punctuality.
- Handle unforeseen circumstances with calmness and professionalism, communicating effectively with dispatch and clients.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and expense reports as required.
Required Skills
- Valid Class C (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or group transport.
- Proven ability to operate large passenger vans (e.g., Mercedes-Benz Sprinter).
- Excellent knowledge of Elk Grove, Sacramento, and the greater Northern California road network.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and passenger comfort.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage, up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with GPS and navigation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically driving Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.
- Defensive driving certification.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Prior experience with high-profile clients or corporate group logistics.
