Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and analytical Executive Strategy Assistant to support senior leadership on high-level strategic projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage complex strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making for executive leadership.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, minute-taking, and tracking action items.
  • Liaise with various departments and external partners to gather information, coordinate activities, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in project coordination or executive support, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating professional presentations and reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
