Job Description
Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and contribute to the production of world-leading engineering products? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Factory Operatives. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you gain the skills needed to excel in this vital role. You will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, operating machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. This role involves working various shifts, for which attractive shift allowances are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various factory machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operational procedures (full training provided).
- Perform quality checks on products and components to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in the movement and handling of materials within the factory.
- Contribute to achieving daily production targets and schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
