Key Responsibilities

  • Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform basic assembly tasks according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Conduct visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and achieve daily targets.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and company policies at all times.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
