This position involves rotating shifts, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet production demands and ensure continuous operations. Key Responsibilities
- Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic assembly tasks according to specifications and work instructions.
- Conduct visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and achieve daily targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
