Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Fast Food Counter Associates in Newcastle upon Tyne. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers efficiently and politely, taking orders and handling transactions accurately.
  • Prepare food items such as sandwiches, hot drinks, and other products according to Greggs' standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised counter area, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Stock shelves and display units, ensuring products are fresh and appealing.
  • Operate till systems, process payments, and manage cash.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the shop.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
