Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Fast Food Worker in Henderson, NV. This is a 100% direct hire position; no agencies or third-party recruiters are involved. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and shakes according to McDonald's standards and recipes.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, providing correct change and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
- Replenish food supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
