Job Description

As a FedEx Custom Critical Aide with a focus on High-Level Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our most critical logistics operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to provide expert administrative and operational assistance to senior management and specialized teams. You will be instrumental in supporting complex projects, coordinating sensitive information, and maintaining the high standards of our custom critical services. This is an on-site position at our Roseville, CA facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to high-level managers and specialized teams within FedEx Custom Critical.
  • Coordinate and manage critical documentation, reports, and communications related to urgent shipments and operational incidents.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed operational reports, presentations, and data analysis for strategic planning.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow to stakeholders.
  • Manage and track project timelines and deliverables for high-priority initiatives.
  • Respond to complex inquiries and escalate issues as necessary, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information and customer data.
  • Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within logistics or a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize critical tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Familiarity with critical freight operations or time-sensitive delivery services.
  • Project coordination experience.
