Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FedEx Logistics Auditor with a strong data entry focus to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position. As a Logistics Auditor, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying logistics data, ensuring accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and supporting our operations through meticulous record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of data integrity principles. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes, directly impacting our ability to deliver on our promises to customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily audits of logistics records, shipping manifests, and billing data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring all information is correctly captured.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in logistics data, reporting findings to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve auditing issues and improve data quality.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all audits and data entry activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations pertaining to data handling and logistics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new auditing procedures and data entry best practices.
  • Generate regular reports on audit findings and data accuracy metrics.
  • Provide support for special projects related to logistics optimization and data management.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Exceptional data entry speed and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics or transportation terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
