Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Blogger Assistant with a strong focus on Pinterest Pin Strategy to join our team. In this role, you will support our food content creators and clients by developing, optimizing, and managing Pinterest content to drive traffic and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food, social media, and digital marketing to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful campaigns. You will work closely with content strategists and designers to ensure our food-related content reaches a wider audience and achieves its full potential on Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Pinterest strategies tailored for food-related content, including recipe blogs, food photography, and culinary tips.
  • Create visually appealing and SEO-optimized Pinterest pins using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Write compelling pin descriptions that incorporate relevant keywords and calls to action.
  • Manage and organize Pinterest boards, ensuring content is categorized effectively and consistently.
  • Schedule pins using Pinterest scheduling tools to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Research popular food trends, keywords, and competitor strategies on Pinterest.
  • Assist in brainstorming new content ideas that are highly pinnable and align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual style across all Pinterest content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest algorithm changes and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven interest in food blogging, culinary arts, or food media.
  • Basic understanding of Pinterest as a marketing platform and its best practices.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or similar.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and compelling copy.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Pinterest Analytics and other social media analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles for content optimization.
