Job Description

This entry-level position offers comprehensive training in Google Cloud Platform technologies and support methodologies. You will be instrumental in providing first-line technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their Google Cloud environments run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial technical support and troubleshooting for Google Cloud Platform services to clients via various channels (email, chat, phone).
- Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers or specialized teams when necessary.
- Learn and apply best practices for Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and services through structured training programs.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve support processes.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and share knowledge.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking concepts.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role (even non-IT specific).
- Familiarity with any public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
