Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and ethically-minded Safety Evaluator for AI Bots to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and evaluating the outputs of various AI language models and bots to ensure they adhere to our strict ethical guidelines, content policies, and safety standards. You will identify and categorize problematic content, provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance, and contribute to the ongoing development of safer and more responsible AI systems. This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding ethical principles in technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AI bot responses and conversational flows for adherence to ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and content policies.
- Identify, categorize, and document instances of harmful, biased, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate AI-generated content.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to engineering and research teams for AI model improvements.
- Contribute to the refinement and expansion of safety guidelines and content filters.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards across the team.
- Stay informed on emerging AI ethics challenges and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, and policy experts.
Required Skills

- Demonstrated understanding of ethical considerations in technology and AI.

- Experience with policy enforcement or guideline interpretation.
