Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guitar String Winding Assistant to join our specialized manufacturing unit in Bengaluru. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with strong manual dexterity and a passion for precision work. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to the precise and high-quality production of guitar strings, ensuring they meet rigorous musical standards. This on-site, hands-on factory role requires attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. No prior experience in string winding is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you master the craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate string winding machinery and equipment under supervision, following established procedures.
- Monitor production processes meticulously to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specified gauges and tensions.
- Perform thorough quality checks on finished strings for tension, gauge accuracy, winding consistency, and aesthetic finish.
- Assist with material preparation, including the loading of core wires and winding materials onto machines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and contribute to overall factory cleanliness.
- Follow all safety protocols, manufacturing guidelines, and quality control procedures diligently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production anomalies, or quality issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and quality output.
