Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Hotel Front Desk Clerk with a strong focus on delivering 5-star service to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, efficiency, and a proactive attitude, aiming for immediate resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles accurately and efficiently using property management systems.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate cash drawer, and handle all financial transactions with integrity.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, projecting a professional and welcoming image.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages accurately.
  • Perform wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
