Job Description
Are you a friendly, organised, and service-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? Premier Inn Mansfield is seeking a dedicated Hotel Porter to join our team, with the added benefit of flexible 4-day work week options. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure are smooth and welcoming. You’ll assist with luggage, provide essential information, and support the hotel’s daily operations to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon their arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Efficiently and safely handle guest luggage, ensuring it is delivered to and collected from rooms promptly.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance guest stays.
- Support the hotel team with various operational tasks, including room deliveries, minor maintenance checks, and public area tidiness.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting lobby and entrance area.
- Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and inquiries, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage, and stand for extended periods.
