Job Description

  • Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Assist with check-out procedures, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Learn and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
