Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Pinterest Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about visual content, social media trends, and home decor to contribute to a leading e-commerce brand. You will play a crucial role in managing and growing our Pinterest presence, helping to drive engagement and traffic. This is a remote, part-time position with an immediate start, perfect for someone ready to dive in and make an impact from day one. You’ll be working closely with our social media strategists to implement Pinterest campaigns, optimize existing content, and discover new visual trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Pinterest pins (static images, video pins, idea pins) using provided assets and brand guidelines.
- Perform keyword research to optimize pin descriptions, titles, and board names for maximum discoverability.
- Manage and organize Pinterest boards, ensuring consistent branding and categorization.
- Schedule pins using Pinterest's native scheduler or third-party tools.
- Monitor Pinterest trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in reporting on Pinterest performance metrics and insights.
- Engage with the Pinterest community through comments and re-pins.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to source visual assets.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with the Pinterest platform and its features.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for pin creation.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and visual content best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills for compelling pin descriptions.
